Little Caesars Pizza - Mission

This restaurant consistently messes up orders, and I don't understand why they even have a manager if they aren't addressing these issues with the staff. Someone needs to step up and hold the managers accountable; if they can't do their job, it's time to replace them with people who will pay attention and improve service.

Takes long to get a pizza then they never got classic pizza and it's like pre heated not even cut right. This location is on 495 Conway. The little Caesars on 3 mile Conway the bomb have what you want and always fresh.

The pizza was fast and good. But the worker was rude and dismissed. I just asked why the classic was not hot n ready. And an answer was given with an attitude. And treated as if I were unwilling to be there. Treat people how to treat small Cesar workers.

My only complaint about this place is that they never seem to have the "hot and ready" pizzas available. They always offer the extra pepperoni for a dollar more, which gets me every time. It’s not really about the dollar; it’s just frustrating.
