I didn't order anything she had to touch, so I didn't pointit out. There was someone at the register by time I was done so she helped the next person. She did touch all their food andstill hadn't changed her gloves.
Absolute worst chipotle i?ve ever been too. There were over 5 employees standing around and not one would help me. They were also out of a lot of there topping and did not let costumers know until it was to late and the bowl was already being made.Would not recommend going here.
It appears that the quality at Chipotle has significantly declined. Many locations often skip adding lime and cilantro to the rice, the meats tend to be overcooked and lacking in flavor, and I’ve heard that the meat is now pre-marinated in bags instead of being prepared fresh in the kitchens. Additionally, the staff at various locations always seem to be quite unhappy.
This was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. When I walked in, the staff seemed to avoid making eye contact with me and didn’t even acknowledge me until a line started forming behind me several minutes later. A new employee was assigned to make my bowl, and he was really nice. However, an older woman there constantly criticized him, which was uncomfortable to witness. Additionally, when I ordered a side of salsa, she had him pour out half of it, and it wasn’t even half full to begin with. I think this location could benefit from new management or, frankly, might need to be shut down.
The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. The portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh.
