Old woman was rude. Acussed me of having a picture instead of app. Given a child size scoop for app.

Never going back to that location. Ice cream and topping tasted old. The man was very stingy with the toppings.

I rarely get ice cream at Baskin Robbins anymore because it's hard to justify how expensive it is but I saw the Turkey Day Fixins flavor on Instagram and had to try it. It's oddly so good! It's sweet potato pie with cranberry and pieces of cornbread in it. I got a single scoop for each my husband and myself. My kid got a waffle cone with Rocky Road for his fun spontaneous treat. Customer service was nothing great but Alex was fine. He wasn't not nice. The ice cream was delicious and we were served very quick. A waffle cone with two scoops and two individual scoops cost just under $20.

I rarely get take out ice cream. I don't one if this is a franchise but the employee who I can't even call a gentlemen was so rude. If you're in the service business face to face with people you should be able to put on a smile and be polite. Otherwise you need to not be in this business. I got here right after they opened so the flavors I wanted were empty. After my first order I asked to taste a flavor but didn't like it so I ordered my usual. This older white haired man copped an attitude and said are you sure because it's empty. He had to go into the freezer for the 3rd time. When I paid he practically threw my order and change. He didn't say thanks just offered a very annoyed sounding bye.

Stopped in for a quick treat. Friendly staff and, as always, excellent ice cream!
