Rockabilly Chicken - Miskolc

I just happened to come here because I 'm not from Miskolc. But I already know that I won 't have lunch here next time I visit Miskolc. The food was basically good, I ate it with some stuffed chicken, and some mushrooms stuffed with sheep curd, which were fine in terms of quality, but I was surprised that if I measure the prices for the amount of food received, the prices are simply at the level of horror prices in Budapest. I found the portion to be small compared to what I paid. I was also surprised that there was practically no food that could be included in a healthy diet in the selection, so for example there were no vegetable-based side dishes that day (that 's why I ate the ones mentioned above, it was the healthiest that could somehow be found on the menu). By the way, the place was empty at lunchtime, which I think can be explained by the above-mentioned shortcomings. To me, the place looked like something that hadn 't yet decided what it wanted to do for a living, or more precisely, as if it was satisfied with home delivery sales and didn 't want any more. The restaurant is in a small Tesco store, so I don 't think you can rely on the fact that people will buy anything for any price, like say in a shopping mall in Budapest, where since the sanctions you can hardly find a plate of food for less than 5,000. However, it is apparently not based on the clientele that would be available locally. I 'm thinking of the pensioners who live nearby, who would happily get used to it if they could get a good-sized slice of meat with a normal side dish for under 2,000 (I know a few places in Budapest that, operating in less exposed locations, switched to this strategy and it worked for them). So I see an opportunity in the place, and the food was also good, but it seems that it is not yet properly matured and at the moment there are certainly better restaurants in Miskolc.
