Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen - Mishawaka

A fine Italian restaurant with awesome food and the atmosphere was nice! Absolutely loved the food!

Papa Vino's is one of our top dining spots whenever we come to the South Bend/Mishawaka area. We particularly enjoy the calamari fritti, Tuscan chicken salad, chicken Mediterranean, steak mini paninis, rigatoni al forno, mushroom ravioli, and wild mushroom fettuccine. Be sure to leave some space for dessert! The only dessert our family hasn’t sampled yet is the chocolate chip cookies, but I can only assume they are just as delightful as the others.

Absolutely exquisite food! Everything was delicious. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the South Bend area.

We decided to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant since it's one of the few Italian places open on Mondays. The complimentary bread was decent, the salad tasted good, and the lasagna was enjoyable. However, the garlic bread we ordered was served cold and hard. I also requested extra sauce on my fettuccini Alfredo, which may have been a mistake, as it came completely drenched in sauce that was quite underwhelming. Moreover, they didn’t offer any special treatment for birthdays. Overall, it was just an average experience.
