A thing in mcdonald’s makes consistency good they can go to almost any mcdonald’s and because they are good management and operating systems almost all their causes is about the same quality same shirt is not the absolute big, but it is fast eating and it is cheap as I stand up, is no exception the staff there was friendly and they have my order as arby’s always bellco was to add their earlier sauce.

The employee with the rubber arm should be fired. He blatantly lied to a customer, claiming they had a command ready when they didn't, and then he attempted to dismiss their concerns. He also mentioned being on break, which interfered with another customer's experience. They consistently prioritize in-house orders over take-out customers, causing significant delays. The owner should be embarrassed for allowing their staff to be this inefficient and unprofessional. I am giving a negative review and demanding a full refund for everyone who placed orders in the lobby today. I believe the manager should also be held accountable, as they seem to make no effort to ensure their employees perform their duties properly.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Two employees were having a conversation about me, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes. My coffee was incorrectly prepared, and they also messed up my mother's sandwich. We weren't provided with any straws, napkins, or the sauce we had ordered at the speaker. The staff was rude, and because of all this, I was late to a bridal shower. It's astonishing how truly terrible this place was, especially since there were only two meal times.

The cashier at the first window was stylish but quite rude. As a restaurant manager myself, I can understand that she might have been feeling frustrated, but that doesn't justify rolling her eyes at a customer and slamming the window, even after putting on a smile and saying, "Have a beautiful evening." On the other hand, the man at the second window was very friendly.

Steve took excellent care of us in the dining room. He sincerely apologized for the delay in our food. Great job.
