Corelife Eatery - Mishawaka

Well this was just a plain bad experience which I did not expect nor have I had with other Core Life 's. I ordered a $27 tuna poke bowl with the extra tuna costing $7. The portion I got was the standard portion... but, I didn 't discover this until I was home. No recourse online... I 'm supposed to call the store and wade through an explanation.The rest of the story: I ordered for pickup. I walked in and there was hardly anybody in the place. I was dressed in a business suit looking middle aged and professional. There was one bag on a rack with open access for pickup and facing the patrons. There were no other orders. I grabbed the bag and inspected it and it was clearly my order. The young lady behind the counter snapped at me and said you need to wait and ask for the bag to be handed to you by a staff member... . I handed it back to her. She then challenged me about my name. I said Barker and she prodded for my first name. I said Ralph thinking there was probably equal probability that it was under my formal name vice my nickname Ted . She said no! It 's not your order! . At this point my blood pressure is beginning to rise. I don 't understand how this person is getting paid to do this gig. I managed to clarify the name situation through more barbed wire and sniper fire and I took the bag and left. I 'm thinking to myself, I just paid $27 for this experience. Here 's the review. Another 15 minutes I 'm adding to the equation.Vet your employees if you 're in the service industry. If they are being paid to do a job, they are not entitled to ruin other people 's days in the name of having a bad day themselves or whatever. Not. A couple hours later: Ok. I 'm completely impressed with Corelife damage control. They reached out, apologized and refunded the order. That 's how it 's done, folks. I will remain a customer with just that simple gesture. That 's a PR coup right there. I 'm giving a star back. ???

I love this restaurant. They have so many healthy options. I just wish it wasn't an hour away and they had one closer to me. Opening one in Warsaw would be a good investment since there aren't too many healthy options for quick food like this. There is nothing like this there.

I'm thankful for this place! Before we got a CoreLife in this area, we had ZERO healthy option places. Whenever I'm craving a delicious salad or something filled with lots of nutritional ingredients, I know I can come here! Yes, it is pricier than other places, but you're paying for fresh ingredients. They have a great selection of funky lemonades and different kinds of juices.

Great go-to salad spot for build your own bowls, wraps and Mac and cheese. Love their lemonade and looking forward to trying smoothies and their poke bowl.Food: 5/5

Meat portions are extremely small, me and my friend were looking for a healthy meal after the gym and we decided to check it out. Very disappointing, the meals were not tasteful and the meat portions are a joke, as well as horrible service.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
