Arby's - Mishawaka

Providing numbered parking spots for customers is not a beneficial customer service practice. This is not exclusive to Arby's, as many restaurants do this. While I don't mind waiting five minutes for Jalapeno bites, on this particular day I waited 17 minutes and saw eight cars behind me receive their orders before mine was fulfilled. Perhaps they should allow customers to wait for their food or cancel their order if it takes too long.

The sandwiches were great, just how I like them. Thank you!

Narby's in Osceola has an excellent team! They are quick to fix any mistakes and take orders efficiently. The food is served hot and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the crispy fries and fried meat with jalapeños. Just be prepared to wait a little bit, but it's worth it!

The food at this restaurant is delicious. However, the drive-thru service was slow, taking about 8 minutes for 4 cars to reach the window. Each car then had to park and wait an additional 5 minutes to receive their food.

Couldn't get regular roast beef in special. Had to order beef and cheddar. Switched for regular bun and has them leave the french dressing off. But, the cheddar cheese sauce just ruined it for me. It made it soggy.
