Everything is surprisingly at a high level: the food, drinks, menu, and service.

A terrible disappointment with the delivery service. I called on August 23, 2023, to place a takeout order for lunch. The manager asked me to place the order through the ExpressFood app, but by the scheduled time, the order had not been processed. After calling back, the manager informed me that they wouldn't be checking orders constantly and that I would need to wait another 30 minutes from the current time. When I asked why my phone order wasn't accepted as I requested, he didn't respond. This is unacceptable!

I absolutely did not enjoy my experience. There's no proper greeting upon arrival, the cloakroom is open, so you can just walk in and take whatever you want. There were no coats available, but that’s fine, it’ll be there. The waitstaff are incompetent and lack knowledge about the dishes and alcohol selection. Not a single dish was enjoyable. However, it seems to be the only place in the city where you can sit in a cold room and chat while eating something, which explains its popularity. I went once and have no desire to return, nor will I ever.

Polar wolf came to celebrate the victory, have dinner and wash the medals a little. A guy who was not tall met us, he talked as if we had come to his restaurant and he decides we will have dinner here at all and until the end, but when we sat down at the table a girl named Angela came up to us, she was smart, all the negativity was gone, well, the food was very tasty, many thanks to the chefs!!!

I really want to continue to keep the brand! Cosy. Unobtrusive music. Excellent cuisine! Friendly service! Had a great time.
