Poor dining experience, dreadful customer service. The woman I spoke to on the phone had a terrible attitude when I tried to confirm my online reservation. She insisted it was not an option, despite it being clearly stated on the website. The same lady at the door was also rude, judging us for having a reservation on St. Patrick's Day. We waited an hour for our food, only to be served soggy chicken that tasted off. Despite hearing good things about this establishment, I will not be returning. It seems others have had issues with the online reservation system as well. My advice: either fix it or remove it from the website, and be more courteous in addressing the issue.

On Friday night, I was a little disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. My girlfriend's meal was great, but I felt completely overlooked. I ordered the rub, but it came out as just a smoked meat sandwich. I only realized this after my first bite and I informed our server that it should be a rub. She took the plate back to the kitchen and brought it back out with the missing ingredients to make it a rub, such as the sauerkraut and cheese. This left me feeling a bit uneasy, but I ate it anyway. While the service was great and the food tasted good, I did not appreciate the handling of a plate that had been in a customer's hands and then bringing out an already eaten sandwich. The portion of smoked meat in my sandwich was also very small, so due to these issues, I am unsure if I will visit this restaurant again.

The restaurant has a classic pub atmosphere that everyone would enjoy. It was very crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but the service was still top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The food was excellent, especially the fish and chips which I highly recommend. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Miramichi.

Today my first visit was in this bar and grill and it will not be my last. I had the fish and chips they were amazing. one of my friends had a special burger she said it was excellent and my other friend had benedikt the eier and she also said it was excellent. I'm so glad I discovered this place as I'm new to new brunswick.

The service was Great and it was delicious. We came here after some pumpkin cannon fun being shot at a target in the Miramichi River. We are from Alberta and will be back when we are back in NB!
