It's a McDonald's so what to expect when it's run staffed by kiddies!!

Get parked in the drive thru everytime. Last 4 times we’ve gone, parked, waited 20 plus minutes, after waiting 10 minutes in line to get to the payment windowEvery time we are missing half of our order. They can’t ever seem to get it right, and by the time they do the food they first sent out is cold.Employees are snotty and rude, customer service if I could rate negative would be -10 stars.Do better.

I was visited the restaurant Friday 17 2023 along with my family and I was not only racially discriminated along with my family I was refused service and then falsely accused of causing a disturbance after speaking with the officers they agreed with me and advised me to go thru with writing a report on the managers there as well and the general manager who was being extremely racist. I travel Ontario with my family all the time with my family and this was our 3rd time in New Brunswick and to not be told why I was being refused service seemed very disgusting. I walked in with the rest of my family member I also had a survey coupon that I had completed the night before after ordering food from the same McDonalds the night prior gotten the night before from the exact same restaurant and I was tolled that I wouldn't be able to use it even after explaining that I received the order from this restaurant and completed the survey I was then told that I would be more then welcome to contact you guys. Honestly my experience was extremely disgusting and to know that that behavior is condoned is horrible considering before writing this I decided to check the reviews and even the review where disgusting. I still have the police report and the general manager was extremely racist considering he's of a minority its just very gross and to know that even the officers that reported to the scene where able to say that the general manager wasn't from there and to not use the experience I've just had to determine how I feel about the province itself . Honestly that man should be fired or demoted back to a front or back of the house worker he has 0 manners

Noticed the coffee again today was very weak compaired to other days.did they change coffee suppliers or was it a machine issue. The other latè and moca maching was down.
