Sunquest Cruises Solaris Yacht Destin Florida Wedding Venue

Best Wedding Venue EVER!!! We got married on the Solaris on the 23rd of April and it couldn't have been better experience. I worked with Courtney during the planning process and Lindsey was my day of coordinator. Both were fabulous; especially Courtney who was able to somehow plan the perfect event with minimal input from me. I literally sent her my colors and a few ideas of what I liked and she did the rest. The food was great; we had shrimp n grits and the roasted turkey as our entrees. I suggest adding the passed appetizers if you do an evening cruise; our guests are still raving about the filet mignon crostinis. We used the house DJ and he was great as well. We did add an extra hour to our cruise (there was a special at the time we booked) and we both were wondering if 5 hours might be too long because lets be honest no one is leaving early. However, we were so glad we did! It may sound like a long time but it turned out to be perfect. After the wedding a lot of the party moved over to Rum Runners and we shut them down. Since the wedding several people have told us it was the most fun wedding they have ever attended; which means a lot to us because that is what we were aiming for and the Solaris team helped us make our dream come true.

We had a nice time on the cruise. The staff were friendly and the music was good; however, we were seated on the second floor whereas the DJ and music was located on the first floor. So we had to awkwardly go down stairs to dance and enjoy the music then go back upstairs to sit. Our dinner was good, but the BBQ Shrimp appetizer was mediocre. The firework show at the end was awesome. Nice romantic cruise for couples.

We attended a wedding on the Solaris 8/20/21 and the staff was OUTSTANDING (saw one at Tom Thumb)! They worked well together, had each other?s backs and were very attentive to the needs of the guests and each other. The single bartender cute blonde and sweet as could be was ROCKIN. The DJ?s were awesome (insert Annie Lenox look alike). So much fun!! It was wonderful! Bravo!

We were lucky enough to get on the sold out Valentine's Day cruise. Everything was really nice and the yacht seemed well maintained. Staff was pleasant and food was good. The only issue was it was a lot of once you add a couple of drinks and appetizers which are not included in the price.

Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Working with this team was amazing. (They did the work) They made out dream a reality. Our guest were wowed and can?t stop talking about the how beautiful everything was. The chef was on point and the bartender the girl is bad? The music was great lit we danced til the last song.. I had to tell my guest it?s over and it?s time to go hahaha.. I can?t express how thankful I am that you Courtney and the entire team spearheaded our wedding. 6/18/2022 #Destinedtobefowlkes
