Sandcastles Lounge - MIRAMAR BEACH

The restaurant treats their employees very poorly, firing them without cause and without warning. I cannot support a business that doesn't respect their staff.

The service at this restaurant is the major issue. The food is decent, but it's concerning when the server consistently thanks the customers for their patience. The main issue seemed to be that the host kept leaving the front desk, leaving the server to both seat guests and tend to her own responsibilities. Our meal took over 90 minutes to complete, with a significant portion of that time spent waiting for the bill. We left feeling frustrated.
