A Chave - Mira

Either meat or fish, both faces of Gandara region who has sea shore but also traditional Portuguese farmland, the food here is done to very good standards, very authentic, very fresh, with many local produced ingredients. No thrills service, simple austere dining rooms (again in touch with Gandara's way of life), this family run restaurant serves kindly and the price is very fair. Some 7 Km from the more touristic Praia de Mira, if you want to try local authentic food and the Gandara feel, go there and enjoy.
