Marco's Pizza - Mint Hill

Last night, I ordered two pizzas: one small veggie and one medium meat. When the pizza arrived, my friend opened the box for the medium pizza, only to find it was veggie instead. We checked the receipt, and it confirmed the order was correct; the small pizza was as expected. My friend called the restaurant to report the issue, but the staff immediately told him to contact Grubhub for a refund. My friend explained that he didn't want a refund; he just wanted the correct pizza. Only after he said he would call back to speak with a manager did the staff finally agree to make the right pizza. My friend used to love Marco's Pizza, but not anymore! We're very disappointed with the staff and service.

Delicious pizza at an excellent price! With almost any order, you can get free breadsticks—just be sure to fill out the surveys! Don't forget to ask for the Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce; it's fantastic!

The pizza here is fantastic, made with high-quality ingredients. However, we noticed a gentleman from the kitchen smoking a cigarette outside and then returning to the kitchen without washing his hands first.

No hair nets?! The boxes were not completely closed when picking up. I had to ask the employees to close the boxes so that the food would not fail; they didn't know how I did it myself. Delicious pizza.

0/2 ordering here. 1st time kids and I waited in the car for 45 mins after being told about 15 more minutes when we arrived. Today they had 1 employee answering the phone, ringing people up and making pizza. Grubhub had to cancel order because driver could not wait. Order had not even been started by the time they arrived. Would not recommend.
