El Valle Mexican - Mint Hill

Great food, horrible dining that wasn’t their fault.The menu is great… much more on it than a typical Mexican restaurant including some things I haven’t seen before. Inside was clean and tidy and the wait staff was very friendly.That being said, the table next to us had three devices blaring for their children at high volume clearly disrupting the dining experiences of the other customers. I told my server to mention it, but they can only do so much.Would eat here again in a heart beat… just maybe not near a table full of children.

The food was tasty, but it could have been served hotter. During Taco Tuesday, my taco fell apart in my hands. Additionally, the server didn't inquire if we wanted hot sauce or sour cream. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

If you want expensive and low-quality food, buy here. The birria tacos had no flavor, the beef was insanely dry like dog food, and they seem to use the same cheap American cheese that all of the other cheap restaurant owners sell to customers for way more money than restaurants that sell birria for 10 dollars and use real cheese. How bad and cheap way to handle a business. First time buying here and not- it's not Mexican food at all. It's poor quality food at crazy prices. What's wrong with them?

Love this place when I am on that side of town I always eat there. Prices are good. Always have drink specials which is important to me. An always good service. Very low key spotKid-friendliness: Yes they are

Been to both locations and will not be going back to Mint Hill. We sat at the bar and there is a lack of customer service or personality, was told they only have pre-made margaritas available, so can’t customize tequila option, spent a lot of money for two people who shared a meal with mediocre food quality.
