The Daily Buzz - Minot

An absolute joy. I stopped here at my Amtrak station, and my only complaint is that I can't go every day. The person who ran it was as beautiful as they came. I want to make this trip again to come by.

Great coffee and awesome service with a friendly face! Deliciously dank dark roast. The little tootsie roll was a cute touch.

Typically when I go here the service is very friendly. The last time I went here it was not friendly. It was a busy day, and I understand in customer service it can get hectic, but you still have to be nice to your customers. The coffee is good, but after someone gives me attitude I will never come back. There was a long line because of the customers coming over from Amtrak. I warned her I had 4 coffees I needed to order. I’m not from Minot so I am not familiar with the train schedule. The lady said “Wednesdays are never a good day because the train is very busy.” Now, I already felt like an inconvenience. She never said “sorry about the wait” or “Sorry Wednesdays are busy” She was very rude. When I ordered the special I was describing it to her what I was ordering and she proceeded to say, “I know what it is.” In the rudest tone ever. I work in customer service, and I know busy. I understand, and I was very friendly to her. I even tipped her because that’s the kind of person I am. I hate giving bad reviews, but this experience made me very uncomfortable to even want to come back.

Really good coffee at a great price and quick service with a smile. A hidden gem.

Best place to go from there Amtrak service stop. The Daily Buzz is the Best, don't forget to ask about the little Cakes she sells, they are Awesome!
