And I understand bad days happen. But this time around I was. Absolutely appalled with the young lady who took my order. I understand that it’s Covid.l don’t want to have contact with ppl and their skin but when I was handed my change and all I got was , “ hey here’s your change.” And when I glanced up she very rudely set it forcefully on the counter and walked away..like…so unprofessional. I was shocked. And maybe it isn’t that big to most but to me I felt so uncomfortable and almost like I wasn’t supposed to be in here for some reason. ..down right rude. Horrible customer service. Will NOT be visiting this location again. Might just switch to Caribou Coffee permanently as a customer too.
Called the evening before to place an order for the following morning. Asked them to have it ready at 7:20am and to have the lattes extra hot as they had 30 miles to travel before consumption. At 7:20 the hot drinks were barely warm, the blended drink was liquified, and the iced drinks were melted. They even had me place the entire order online so they could create stickers for the drinks, but they still messed up at least one of them. Caribou is better in every aspect, hands down.
I rarely ever write reviews but whoever was making drinks at 10:55am 09/20/23 should make the drinks everyday! They made the drink exactly how I ordered it and it was PERFECT! It’s been a long time since I have received exactly what I ordered/wanted! The one at the window was busy but made the experience easy and fast without rushing me, or making it seem like an inconvenience. Great, quick experience!
