Prairie Sky Breads - Minot

Not to Bad. Can work on the atmosphere by adding some themed decor and other furniture. It's not very high on the cozy feel scale. The service, however, is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this place. Visited three times in the two days I spent in Minot and plan on going back on the last leg of our trip. Very cool specialty coffee shop with lots of personality and unique bakery items. The staff is funny and friendly, and everything in the shop (decor, tchotchkes, etc) is a conversation starter. There are so many coffee and pastry options and everything was so flavorful. One of my favorite coffee joints.

This is such a cute place and they have different options on their menu that you don't typically see many places. Love the owners, they host events there as well such as live music jam sessions or crafting events. VERY cool place to try out when in Minot.

Overall this place has a nice ambience and food tastes amazing. Only problem is the pricing. This place is overly expensive. A grilled cheese is $7.50 although it is one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had. But if you want bacon added to that then you'll have to pay DOUBLE. I think the jump in price for a spicy bacon grilled cheese sandwich is absurd and complete robbery. Their iced vanilla latte's are very good and a decent price. You get more bang for your buck here than you do at Starbucks... also, the tomatoe soup is pretty good and the pizza is not bad. For a Caramel roll, two 16oz iced vanilla lattes, two grilled cheese sandwiches and a spicy bacon grilled cheese sandwich, you'll be $49 dollars out of pocket. If you are getting anything more than coffee than this place is a nice treat for a once or twice a year type of deal. But if you go every weekend you'll be sure to apply for a second job.

What a cute little shop!! Amazing food and coffee. I can’t wait to keep coming back to try everything!
