Montys Bbq - Minot

This is clearly the best fucking BBQ in Minot. So much taste, the sausage sandwich is spicy and delicious. The beans are also delicious. I shouldn't have waited so long to try Monty's.

I don't often do reviews (actually this is my first) but when I do you can bet your ass its for a good reason. First trip to Monty's BBQ and oh my goodness was it good. Had the ribs and sides of potato salad and beans. The ribs were fall off the bone (just how all ribs should be) with great taste and just the right amount of heat or spice. Sides were also excellent. Definitely highly recommend and for sure a repeat customer here.

Hands down the best BBQ in Minot, if not North Dakota. so much flavor in the meat. You can tell he puts a lot of care, and love into all the food that he makes, and now it is time for a nap. Thank you sir, I will be coming back as much as I can

Great food right here! Stopped by the other day for lunch and Monty was trying a new brisket chili recipe. Outstanding!!! Smoky sweet with a little burn behind it. Thanks Monty!

I had the pulled pork nachos, they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
