Kfc - Minot

I visited KFC for dinner tonight and ordered a $20 fill-up. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was dry and clearly old. Two of the legs had barely any meat on them, as if someone had already taken bites. It was a real letdown. We won’t be returning.

This restaurant is a decent option for a meal, typical of a KFC. The service has generally been good, and the chicken meets my expectations. However, due to staff shortages and other issues, you can't always rely on them being open during their scheduled hours. We've almost completely stopped visiting because they've closed as early as 6 PM on certain days. The mashed potatoes are usually quite disappointing, and they often don't allow substitutions anymore. I've downgraded my rating to three stars. Also, be aware that if you try to place an online order after 8 PM, they often have issues and may not receive your order at all. Additionally, they lock their doors at 8 PM.

Always friendly did about 4 door dash orders they been fast n always on top of it

Don't know why I haven't learned my lesson! The popcorn chicken is such a joke. One out of 10 times I get it it's straight up little hockey pucks, all hard as a rock breading with NO chicken in sight. It really can't be that hard to cook. This time they completely left it out of my bag. Should have been my 1st clue. Anyway, it's good when it's good.

Ordering online didn’t work out, but that's not the store's fault. The drive-thru experience was smooth, and my food arrived in the parking lot fairly quickly. My order was accurate, hot, and tasted great.
