So start first. still the same bww from 2017, so that felt secret. even after covid. it looks dead at 10 o'clock. ellie was my waitress, thought she was 23 to 27 because of her work ethic. she was 19 and mother of 1. she was pretty fast and efficient working 8 tables it seems at once. the host has cleaned the other areas. Momma! I think I saw the manager, man with brown hair and glasses. was not very interesting. these girls need to raise and bonus! I came out of ca and that was a better service. food was suggested to the wings. they were good and warm. my appetizer came out slowly. That's okay. I thought the sprouts were gone. these young are heavily understated. you need to set more peeps. I wish the community was a little nicer to those people. very clean. I'm coming back.

From 4 stars on 1. order wings with sauce, burger and fries, and a mac and cheese children's court. we got the door that it's for us. Two hours later it was finally finished. spent 30 minutes trying to call the load to ask where our order was. no answer. When it finally arrived, we had wings. plain. no sauces. no burger. no child meal. on a Sunday evening I would expect a better service and qc. Thanks for the meal nobody wanted to eat here.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was here once and the service was absolutely terrible. we waited 30 minutes to let a waiter acknowledge us and get our drinks. the food took forever. decided to go back to see if it was only a time ordeal. I was back and had the worst back. for always wait again and our server has not even confirmed us. we just went away because it took so long and we were never recognized. terrible service. probably the worse service I experienced in a restaurant.

Met clients for a business meeting and the food and service were great. Many choices, salad was super as well. No issues,

Horrible service. We sat down after a long hard day, with a 4 hours drive ahead of us and we were not even given drinks. We originally went to be seated at the bar but I didn't have my wallet with me so we were asked to leave the bar side. So then we proceeded to wait for 45 minutes to be even greeted at the regular dinning area. During our 45 minutes wait we didn't receive any drinks or even a backward glance while multiple people passed us by. Absolutely ridiculous, it seemed that the waitress completely ignored us and did not care as she continued to tend to customers who had arrived AFTER us. Absolutely disgusted and now we have run out of time to eat and have to eat at Burger King. What a joke.
