Taco Bell - Minot Air Force Base

I ordered a Crunchwrap but was informed that the press to make them was broken. However, Anna came to the rescue from the kitchen with a big smile on her face and offered to make it on the grill instead. The Crunchwrap came out perfectly and very quickly! Anna was clearly proud of her work and she had every reason to be because it was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Anna, you're the best! Service: Dine-in

The order was accurate and the service was quick, although a bit cold. Overall, it was what you would expect for a cheap and quick meal.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. The wait for fast food here is the longest I've ever experienced. They are constantly running out of popular items, like the 'nacho fries are back' promotion advertised on their sign. Despite waiting in line for 15+ minutes, they were out of stock until Thursday. The service is so slow that half the time we end up leaving the drive thru. This level of service is unacceptable. They need to hire more efficient employees who can get things done. On top of that, we witnessed some employees wiping down tables when there were no customers dining in and taking smoke breaks while the line of cars waiting to order stretched out to 8+. It is absolutely ridiculous.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, and the wait times are also terrible. I have been in Minot for over 2 years and things seem to be getting worse every day. Tonight, I got my food through the drive-thru after 3 out of the 5 cars in front of me gave up and left. This seems to happen every time I come to this location. It took me 45 minutes to finally get to the window, and 3 out of the 5 items I ordered with steak were actually beef. I would highly recommend finding another place to eat.
