Bomber Bistro - Minot Afb

I don’t have a photo because the food was simply too delicious, but wow, Bistro! The Spinach Pier special of the day was fantastic! The staff was friendly as always and in great spirits. It's a lovely, relaxing place to grab a quick bite or unwind for a bit.

The menu seems to have fewer items each time I visit, but the power tiles are outstanding. Please keep them on the menu!

This is a decent spot for a quick bite. The staff is very friendly, and the place is clean. The food tastes good, and you can tell that the cooks genuinely care about what they’re preparing (unlike those at the Dakota Inn). The prices are somewhat on the higher side, but at least you get real, quality food.

We came here for lunch. The place was pretty busy during lunch hours. The food was edible. The main thing this place has going for it is that it's inside the base. I did not have any major problem at this place, but I think I prefer to lunch at the Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) in the future.

I love the calzones and pizza here. Super reasonable price and great play area for the kids. If you are a club member you get additional discounts. I just wish it was a bit more lighted and clean. It smells musty and its kind of dusty. Otherwise, its a great place to eat for cheap and just hangout especially in the winter time at Minot AFB.
