Dunkin' - Minooka

The customer service here is stellar! Today, while running late to work, I stopped at a different Dunkin but realized after I had pulled away that they had messed up my order. I desperately called the next closest location, which happened to be this one. An absolute angel named Abbrielle (I’m guessing on the spelling) heard my story, and promptly encouraged me to swing by their drive thru, saying she would fix the other Dunkin’s mistake free of charge. I was blown away by her kindness and lack of hesitation. upon fixing my drink she sent me off with sweet encouragements and love. She single handedly turned my day around. we need more people like her in the world. GET THAT GIRL A RAISE

There's a woman who works here who's always so happy to see you! She really makes the experience top notch. I got an egg and cheese English muffin and it was still cold in the middle. If I can give 0 I would. Faisal I think that’s his name, is by far the rudest person ever. I have witnessed this man yelling and picking on a special needs child working there. I witnessed him screaming and yelling at his employees in front of customers. He swears and cusses and tells them that they are “retarded”. This man needs to be fired. I’m surprised he hasn’t had a lawsuit on him yet.

The staff most likely are the best people, but the manager is just worthless piece of **** and yelling at his staff like a piece of paper. this place manager needs to go to training and how to handle leadership. he is a worthless person and using staff to do his own damn job. he pays less than how people should get paid and he ask for more job but less pay and emotionally destroying this teenagers mental state. dunkin headquarters or who ever above should do something with his leadership and managing. if you don 't like your job, might as well find a different job that will suits you. you have your own choices to be better person but you prefer to be a piece of ****.
