Olive Garden Italian - Minnetonka

It was pretty busy, but the food came pretty fast. Our server was absolutely amazing and the food was also great (I have the food on the photo below). We also have a pasta with grilled chicken, but forget the cook to add the chicken. That's why our server decided to give us the chicken for free!

Eve was one of the best waitresses? My crazy family ever had it. We're a party of 8 and a little wild. I know we can be a lot, but we're trying to be friendly and respectful. She really went out of her way to be extremely attentive and to go beyond and beyond. She joked with us and was super friendly and nice, even if I felt like my parents were a little overlaid. Another waiter who helped Eva even came and offered to take a photo for our table because we celebrated my brother's birthday in the laws. Eve even showed my father older how to use the kiosk to pay for his bill and was truly respectful and kind to him. She is definitely great and I hope when we come back here that we will get her back!

The atmosphere and service were both great at this point! But I wouldn't order anything with chicken. The grilled chicken was sponge and strange. I didn't know that Olive Garden was in the habit of using the same?pink slender? Chicken as McDonald or Jack-in-the-Box? Maybe other things are better on the menu.

I had a wonderful and attentive waitress. Her name is Olivia. She took my order and delivered every course in time. The food was good. As always, salad and bread sticks were a hit. I'm sorry, I forgot to make a picture, but the salad, Calamari and Steak/with Linguini with white sauce. Very good!

I went with my daughter today. It wasn?t extremely busy and sat within 2 minutes walking in. The waiter wasn?t pleasant or welcoming. He asked right away if I knew what I wanted to eat no time to view the menu, but i knew what I wanted thankfully). I placed our orders with drinks. My daughter?s food came within 7 minutes. I ate some of the soup but ask the waiter to bring me a different soup didn?t taste right). I waited additional 25 minutes with little to no update on my order. I seen a table come in 10 minutes after me and received their food with 15 minutes of ordering. I was completely upset at this point. I told the waiter to take the entree off my bill. The waiter either needs more training or this isn?t the right field of work. I felt it was done on purpose. I wouldn?t recommend this location.
