The place sucked and is out of business. The food was pre-fabricated and did nothing for us

First impression on service was poor. Needed to flag down hostess after no initial attention for 10 minutes. Ordered a burger and was told it could only be cooked MW because it 's burger night and burgers could only be cooked one way ?? Changed my order to fish taco 's. Had to make them myself and they were pedestrian at best. Asked for our soup to come out first, and it came out after the entrée. My foodie friends out there will know these are simple but hot-buttons for attentive vs. bad basic service. Lots of dining options within 2 miles of Ridgedale, so we were surprised that so many mistakes continued with no effort to correct course of meal. It was 8:30 on a Tuesday, not even 20% of tables occupied so no slack to cut for being busy. Just no effort.

Have been to Bar Louie three times. The food and service is very good. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner when shopping at the mall.

We had a great night at Bar Louie. I have never had a waitress handle a group of 10 so smoothly. She was amazing and incredibly attentive.

They just cannot figure out how to cook a burger less than well done. Something was wrong with their thermostat and our rude, green haired waitressed just laughed when we told her it must be 85 degrees in here and she said yea its hot and we cant fix it so
