Great service. Food came out warm and fast. Server was attentive and did an awesome job!

The Big Bowl always has great food   service. They still have a Covid-19 surcharge, which in my opinion should be dropped. At this point, they might as well be upfront and raise prices like everyone else. It puts the server in a bad spot when the bill arrives and you see a 3.5% fee. This location is also very tired, and is in need of a refresh. 

We were one of the first guest in the restaurant when they opened We had to wait a long time for our food, because the watress noticed that they had made meal wrong, Otherwise food was ok and service was 9k

Food was pretty good. Caveat. We were in on Christmas Eve. I thank anyone who will take a day that should be holiday to serve us. My parents are elderly and going out was important to them. However our server couldn’t remember a lot of the simple things we asked for.
