Came in with a huge order (non drive through). Manager offered small drinks for the wife and I while we waited. One order was done and leaving with our order, manager caught us in the lot... apparently forgot two items in the bag, and they brought it out before we left. We went through the drive through and had to wait 30 min. I had to get out of the car and knock on the window. Was told how busy they were. Not good customer service. All we wanted was 3 crispy taco supremes. Will not return. 2 cars in line in back of us left the line. This particular location has had issues since opening. No management!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1
