Paraiso Mexican - Minneola

Came over to Minneola for sons football game stopped in this great Mexican restaurant. I cook for life and cook Mexican food for my husband all the time and there was food very good

My friend and I moved from Iowa City to Albuquerque. I'm so glad our route took us through this city. Paraiso was incredibly good food at a very reasonable price. I have the Enchiladas and they were top Notch. The people inside were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was prepared in less than ten minutes, which is very impressive. I don't know how often I'm going to get through Minneola, KS again, but please give these wonderful people a chance if you find yourself in the area. I'm going to eat now from hundreds of miles away!

This place was amazing. We're definitely going back. My children and I all had the Steak Fajita Nachos and loved them. I felt the prices were reasonable for the amount of food. Great service, great food, nice little restaurant.

We ate here on Labor day and were the only customers there. The service was amazing the waitress was very nice, and the kids' food was brought first and very quickly. The food was hot and it tasted great. Their homemade salsa, while very mild, was tasty. I would highly recommend this place! They have some beautiful paintings on the wall.

I was driving from KS to AZ and saw this joint by accident. I stopped and picked up a taco dinner and it was perfect. The food is authentic and tasty. The steak was perfect. Although the staff lacks English they are very polite and respectful; and that's acceptable from a Mexican restaurant to be realistic. Would love to stop there again
