Hardee's - Minneola

Today (March 5, 2022) I arrived at Minneola at 3 o'clock. I went to the Redner to place my order, but there were three employees sitting at a table about 10 feet away from me. It seemed like there was no one available to take my order as no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I finally asked them if they were closed, to which one of them replied, "I don't know, I'm off the clock." Feeling frustrated, I approached the open window to place my order, but no one came to assist me. I ended up leaving without being served. This isn't the first time I've experienced this lack of service at this establishment. I am very disappointed with this place.

I drove up to the restaurant and no one answered the intercom. I pulled up to the window and saw the employees working together inside. When I entered the restaurant, no one was at the counter. I saw the staff and manager through the windows in the back. The manager gave me a stern look and didn't say anything. Another customer walked in and was served promptly.

Place is very poorly managed. I stopped by Hardee’s for breakfast this morning (10/24/21) and the posted hours on Google and at the counter shows that Hardee’s opens at 7am on Sundays. I went to order around 7:05 a.m. and the associate just arrived and stated that they open later on Sundays. I said that the sign says you open at 5 a.m. on Mon-Sat and 7 a.m on Sundays. I asked if the hours are wrong on the sign in front of the register and she said they are and they don’t open until 8 a.m. on Sundays. She tried to not give me a time they open, therefore it appeared to me that she was just lying and got to work late. Either way I will not be returning until they are able to figure out their hours of operations.

Ok burger. FF were not fresh. I wasn't impressed as I normally am. Peace

No idea how this spot is still open it's so dirty somebody needs to have it shut down
