Tenka Ramen - Minneapolis

Saw a TikTok about Tenka Ramen, so I decided to stop in with a friend. We were greeted right away, and ordering was simple and easy. Our ramen didn’t take too long to come to our table. I ordered the #2 Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork belly and egg were tasty, but the broth was lackluster; didn’t add much to the overall flavor of the dish. In addition, there was too much chopped scallions in the dish (for my preference). Overall, not particularly impressed by the ramen, but I’d eat here again.Parking: Paid parking garage a block away and paid street parking around the restaurant.

I ordered the chicken karaage and the shoyu ramen. The karaage was really juicy and the two dipping sauces on the side were extremely flavorful. For the ramen, the pork belly melted apart when it was consumed. Moreover, the broth was amazing and the noodles had the right firmness. The atmosphere was great with all the different Japanese decorations.

The seafood ramen was delicious. Very fast, friendly staff. Charming small shop.Food: 5/5

My son wanted to go to a little ramen shop, I chose this place because the menu was small and simple and the reviews are great. This restaurant was a great little place we enjoyed. Food was very good, and pleasant friendly gal at the counter :
