The service at this restaurant is exceptional, the food is high quality and simply delicious. The salmon was perfectly seared with love, and the spicy tuna on crispy rice was the highlight of my day. The tuna poke was a perfect complement to the meal. The chef takes the time to explain the menu with enthusiasm, and the staff handled a sudden lunch rush with style. Chef John, my wife and I have only visited your restaurant twice - once in December and once a few weeks ago. We were impressed that you remembered us from our first visit. Your passion for food is evident in every dish we have tried at PinkU. Without a doubt, the Japanese cuisine at your restaurant is the best in the Twin Cities. I must give a special mention to your delicious rice cakes!

Wow, this restaurant is fantastic! The food is amazing and the service is top-notch. Their crispy shrimp is a must-try - it's so delicious and crunchy. I don't know what they put in their rice, but it's bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu can be a little overwhelming at first, but the staff is quick to offer assistance and they are always so welcoming. I was impressed when I called during a busy time and said I would call back later - within five minutes, they called me back. I have never experienced such great service at a restaurant before, and I truly appreciated it.
