It's fast and the staff are a little more friendly than the Quarry.

I don't know what happened tonight. But I ordered a caramel horse and it took forever... You ask me if I jump to a number... And I'll wait... I finally went in and they haven't done it yet. No one else in the lobby and two cars behind me. They never gave me a reception. I paid money. And I personally think that something strange and terrible happened tonight. It was tonight at 5:15. But the Frappe was excellent?

I ordered an ice cream cone in a cup. I paid and pulled up next window. The lady gave ice cream cone. I said in a cup please. She cussed me out in spanish! My two years of spanish and friends came handy) she went back and smashed the ice cream In the cup. All I said was have a wonderful day! The worst part my 4 year old is in the back seat waiting for his ice cream. What an experience for him.

The person this morning who is handling cashier was very rude. She didn?t speak clearly enough so I asked her to repeat her questions politely and she responded with an irritated tone. I get it?s the morning but being in customer service requires you to be polite especially if the customer is being nice to you. I liked the employees who were serving me my food because at least they knew how to be polite and have a positive energy especially in the morning. I believe the nice ones were Hispanic. Whoever the cashier was this morning, please be nice. You weren?t speaking clearly and you reply back disrespectful. I had better attitude from the Broadway Avenue a mile away from this branch.
