Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis

First, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. the employees are great and they went beyond and beyond to fulfill my needs. the gym is also the best I saw in a hotel. I give him three misleading information. we said there are two parking places, one underground and one above the road. we were told that the subway $28 per entry and the one on the road is $28 with multi-entrys. we have checked around midnight and decided to park in the underfloor, the underground property is connected to the hotel and it was late and cold. instead of validating the next day with the hotel, we decided to use the payment machine to leave and had to only $8. $28 and $8 is a huge difference! the fact that we already pay to stay in the hotel, I don't think they should be dishonest and try to cheat people.

Started directly after the check in ca. 7 o'clock. they rise into the room and the thermostat is on the normal 72 degrees. this is standard for most hotels and motels. However, the temperature is set to 60, we do not often lead the heating to house, even if it is negative. fan started right away. we were not in the room long, we went to the concert hall. I was back at 10 o'clock and the room temperature was still 72. as always, I made a bed bug check and found no evidence for it. but I found the matratze had no matching sheet. instead it had two upper leaves. woke up this morning to check out and the temperature was still 72. in the round they give a gas not real control over the room temperature.

Very friendly place! historical building very well updated.

I often visit minneapolis and would never stay elsewhere. the place is immaculate! the whole building is very nicely furnished. her gym is no longer. the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. each room is very different and I certainly loved some more than others. some of them have beautiful hardwood everywhere and all have comfortable bath tubs.

Lets just start off by saying, the hotel is very clean. The Front desk staff are great. My problem with this hotel is they love to false advertise, All king rooms on there website on booking show the exact same image for each king room. If each king room is different then it should be diff Pictures!! I booked a room thinking I was getting what was in the picture when I got there the room was not what the pictures looked like. Don’t make excuses, for a lack of responsibility, if Corner king rooms are different from regular king rooms, then they shouldn’t have the same pictures!! Secondly there is a 20% gratuity charge added on to you bill automatically, but it does not say that on there MENU!! Which IT SHOULD!! Over all I would never stay here again there’s other hotels in the area were you get exactly whats in the pictures!! No false advertisement at all!!
