Chipotle Mexican Grill - Minneapolis

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent - friendly and competent. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes that are served quickly in a clean and professional environment.

This restaurant was a complete mess. At 7:30 a.m., two and a half hours before closing at 10 a.m., the place was dirty, with food and drinks spilled everywhere.

I used to have faith in Chipotle, one of my favorite chain restaurants. However, the last two times I ordered from here, the rice in my bowl was terribly cooked.

In my chicken tacos there were cartilages. So I thought I'd play it with veggies tacos safe. it came from tortillas. Given the fact that the half tortilla placed had a small amount of rice and borrowed, I think they know that it was tacos after they made it as burrito and only broke it. they are often made of ingredients. bad management, bad customer service and bad quality control. I hope they'll get a good manager soon!

Usually not one to make bad reviews, but the opening times online says 10:45 clock, sign on the door says 10:45 clock. I, my wife and my newborn daughter are out in the cold of 10:46 o'clock until we went and went to another place at 11:00 o'clock after 3 employees saw us and still refused to unlock the door. we would have been patient if they told us that they were not ready, but would ignore us further. better!
