Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

The staff is efficient and friendly. The coffee is consistently hot and fresh. The bagels are excellent, but sometimes there is only a small portion of cream cheese spread. Depending on who prepares the bagel, you may get just the right amount, a little skimpy, or a whole container.

This Caribou is one of the best! The service is quick and friendly, and the employees take the time to learn my name and make a connection within the community. It's a wonderful addition to the office and brightens up every day.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant after my orthodontist appointment. I mistakenly forgot to ask for my drink to be cold, so I ended up with a hot matcha instead. The barista kindly remade my drink without making me feel guilty, and even let me keep the hot one. It really brightened my day.
