Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Came in after a long walk at the lake to grab an iced latte. place was clean and also very cozy to sit in, might come with my laptop one of these days to edit. overall great place and it?s right by an ice cream shop.

Bad drive thru morning. NEEDED coffee. At the drive thru I could barely hear the cashier. She kept talking over me. I asked if I could buy beans she said something about getting a years worth of beans. Wanted to repeat the order but she just gave the total. She only had one of the two ordered coffees. And this coffee is super weak.

I'm not real sure what all of the hype is. The cashier was actually fairly indifferent to helping anyone. The person at the window was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean. The drive through was wrapped around the building. The parking is horrible!

When I walked in, there was no one in line so I ordered my usual mocha then went to wait for my mocha at the pick-up line...there was no one else waiting. After about 15 minutes, I was still there waiting for my mocha even though 3 other customers had walked in, placed their order, and waited about 2 minutes to pick up their drink...still no mocha for me. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location but it will be the last.

Tried to come get a coffee during business hours and the doors were locked with people still clearly sitting inside. Still had 15 minutes before ?close?.
