Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Sunday morning, 9 Oct 2022 staff not trained to make coffee right and wasted $12 of my money, not to mention the time wasted waiting in line and wait for it to be made. Honestly, this coffee is too expensive to do not right. The artisanal press itself was made too thin, which probably means that all handmade press drinks went out of tasting Bland, especially if it seems that they do not know contain salt/sugar mix. Baristas should know to use chocolate chips when steaming a handcrafted press mix, not SYRUP. Thanks for my warm milk!

Always consistently excellent at Caribou! New to this location and I was not disappointed, the service was cheery and rapid from a couple over-worked ladiesEveryone needs to tip well to meep these hard-working folks going in these difficult times. Great Caribou locstion

Just hope they don't forget that they ordered your order, countless people ordered more items after me, and were served. It took almost 30 minutes for a drink

If my Togo order was not reported, was ready and I was served a leak cup. Really debating why I should go back and submit to poor service
