Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

This café is the worst. If I could give negative stars, I would. Due to the inattentiveness of the staff in the store, I waited for 5 minutes to order in the register. The staff spoke in their backs and did not concentrate on everything in the store. Not only that, the staff brought a dog 30 minutes later. It was taken to the bar. If the dog stayed in the customer area, I would have been good, but I can only imagine the amount of hair and particles that the dog can have left there. I am also very concerned about the decreasing nature of the staff. Unfortunately, I had to go in a hurry and was unable to return the tables and chairs I had moved. Instead of saying nothing, the staff sarcastically thanked me for not clearing up. I am appalled by such behavior as it is not possible to speak to a customer.

The second time here, and the first time was amazing. But the second time was questionable. I'll be there tomorrow at 9:00. The lady who took my order looked like she worked in her pyjamas, anyway I was the only one in the line atm and she forgot what I ordered. Instead of talking to me, she went with her co-worker in a very loud, quiet, loud way about my order her!!! She sounded mean I found it hard to interrupt her conversations just to remind her of what I ordered. It took about 3 minutes to finally ask me what I ordered. Two people came by and got their drinks before I got mine. Perfessionalism here is very questionable or perhaps it is only the work ethics of the lady. Not here anymore. Maybe next year or in the long run.

This place is always clean whenever I go and service is usually pretty fast. I like Caribou but if you haven't been to one before, ALWAYS ask for VERY light ice (there is a difference between light ice and very light ice BTW). I forgot to ask today and ordered a cold brew and this was how much ice was leftover.

Fun day with my daughter. I got a white chocolate mocha and she got a kids white hot chocolate!

Barista Myah was especially helpful in getting our orders correct and making sure we were satisfied customers. Love this cozy coffee shop.
