Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived a few minutes later, there was no one working or waiting in line. My drinks weren’t ready. Eventually, an employee showed up just as someone else walked in to place an order. She made the other customer's drink first, and while I waited, two more people ordered and received their drinks. It took 15 minutes for her to start making mine. I had ordered two iced drinks, but the second one was incredibly disappointing—it wasn't made correctly at all. This experience felt like a waste of money and time. I recommend skipping this location and choosing another Caribou instead.

You're improving, but I still prefer Chai from Starbucks. However, Caribou offers excellent products and food.

I thought my coffee run would be quick since there was no line, but it turned out to be the opposite. I walked straight up to the counter, expecting the man to recognize me, but he didn’t! Instead, he spent the next five minutes focused on his phone game, completely ignoring me. I could see his screen since he had his back to me. After what felt like forever, he finally looked up, set his phone down, and sauntered over to take my order at a snail's pace. He was far from friendly and acted annoyed that I had interrupted him. He didn't ask for my membership; I just told him what I wanted, and that was it! It was really disappointing and rude. I won’t hesitate to drive to another coffee shop because I definitely won’t be coming back here!

Don't know how the coffee is. Couldn't get anyone to help me. Guy was too busy texting and on the computer to even notice I was at the place.

If i had a choice this store would get a -5 for the service i got today around 11am i was in line waiting to order but the emplyee an older man was serving a lady then it was suposed to my turn to order the 2 drinks i wanted. But that didnt happen another man came up from my left and started asking about coffee which i was fine with until i relized i just got overlooked by 2 old white guys. Is because im a pacific islander with a mowhawk........ I think so
