I stopped in to grab a bag because mine ripped and the man was beyond rude. As a customer anywhere, I have never experienced anything like this. I can't believe the aggression this man had, it set the tone for the night in the worst way. He acted like Iwas a bad person for needing a small paper bag and belittled me. I have been wanting to try this place now for a while and wasplanning on getting dinner here after playing games as it is next to one of my favorite arcades but as of now I will never bespending money here. I will never forget how tonight made me feel when I see this place. I'm a manager at a sub shop and I wouldhave written him up if he were my employee and that's not something I do often at all and don't take lightly. It was humiliatingand really upsetting. It was a white man with dark hair that is short. I almost never take the time to write reviews but thisone really got to me.

Ordered the #14 7 loaded philly... And let 's just say it was definitely NOT loaded. Bread to meat ratio was way off and the flavor was bland. I understand that loaded is a description of the ingredients and not the amount of meat supplied on thesandwich. Won 't be ordering again.
