Buffalo Wild Wings - Minneapolis

A terrible experience. the first time has benefited the idea. not again! the same terrible experience. half table got eat there within 10 minutes (we all ordered simultaneously). the rest of our table got to eat half an hour later. I do not recommend this buffalo wild wings. terrible service wise and customer service.

This place is absolute müll. I had to eat tanker better than what I got from this place. over dughub ordered and received the order early, but the wings tasted as if they were left out for old and cold, the mac n-cheese I ordered was not even creamy with each piece dry and cold and finally the tones I ordered (maybe 10 or 12 in the container) so was cold and seemed as if they were left out for a long time. all they have to do is see the reviews here to understand that if they are hungry, not go here or from here. oh! two orders of wings, a mac n cheese cup and these 10 to 12 tons total cost after tip? $40!

I never write reviews and rarely complain about service, but oh. my gott. I'm not sure if it's because it's only exchanged for online order in person, but the service was terrible. several waiters were flown to ask for missing items and they all forget to come back? the most helpful person there was one to be trained and he sat in the work (seal him). the restaurant was not busy and we sat in the middle of bww, so I have no idea how they forgot us? I'm almost completely sure that the manager also forgot us? Not the first time that the service here was bad:

I have not set myself in a buffalo wild wing, since covid and I really love the new QR code system where they can order from any table and add on objects so that they can order dinge in curses and have served the tickets go straight into the kitchen and their waitress will never skip them and there is less confusion and misinterpretations and then the server can no longer be they have a great happy hour prizes of four dollars and among them for apps and delicious premium cocktails

The current roster of reviews currently outlined under this establishment stink to high hell of corporate espionage/purchased rating tanking. This is one of the most well oiled BWW in the region, if not the best. Immediate waiting staff attention and warm fresh dishes are a staple. Not stingy with sauce like other locations. A gem of corporate chain locations. If you are familiar with the concept of corporate flagship retail locations that embody the essence of a storefront; this is the flagship BWW.
