Bruegger's Bagels - Minneapolis

I have visited this restaurant location over 40 times in the last ten years, during all operating hours. The quality of the food and service has consistently matched that of the other six Bruegger's locations I have visited in the past 30 years. The service typically ranges from 2 to 15 minutes. After a two-year absence due to the pandemic and hearing multiple complaints, I decided to visit today. I was pleased to see familiar faces working behind the counter. My two sandwiches and dozen bagels were prepared in about 3 minutes. The staff was friendly and my order was accurate, as usual. I was happy to note that I could now tip with a credit card, a feature I had requested for years. However, I was disappointed to find that tips were capped at 10%. Thank you for the great food!

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and the staff are consistently friendly, communicative, and efficient. Although I found the Smoked Salmon bagel to be a bit too fishy for my taste, I absolutely adore the Sriracha Honey Sunrise!

I went to this place for the first time yesterday and was impressed by the General Manager and the staff. The food was great too. I would recommend it.
