Good restaurant and ambiance. Has plenty of parking. Check out their to go and grocery store across the street. Quick service. Good selection for vegetarians, gluten-free and vegans as well

I had the privilege to be served by Rocky at the bar. The food ? Fettuccini Con Manzo ? was delicious and the wine pairing that he recommended was delicious. I sat and watched the noodle chef pan sauce plate after plate of authentic Italian pasta. The inside can be loud and seating is limited so plan accordingly. It was everything I expected going in but I was definitely impressed with the service I received so 5 stars ??.

“Broder’s Pasta Bar” sounds like an informal place with low prices. After being urged by friends and family to eat there, I tried and loved it, although it is more expensive than any other restaurant we go to. The food delights the most picky foodman, and the Pasta portions are generous. It is a small space, and usually very busy. If we have the money and want to celebrate something, we're all right to wait a long time for a table. They'll write us if they have a table for us.

My wife I had dinner at Broders this evening 10/21). This particular night was special because we were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. We have driven by Broders on a number of occasions always saying we wanted to give it a try, so we figured tonight was a good opportunity! It was very busy, so we ended up waiting around 50ish minutes for seats to open up. While we waited, we sat outside by the fire and enjoyed a glass of wine that was recommended by Collin at their hallway bar. He was very knowledgeable and kind, helping me select what I thought was a great red wine. We eventually got seated at the bar and had the pleasure of having Rocky as our server. Though it was busy, he handled it like a true professional! My wife I shared a small caesar salad, which was great. I enjoyed the small bit of anchovies that came on top, really added to the salad in my opinion. My wife had the Fettuccine Con Manzo #3 on the menu) while I had the Pappardelle Con Coniglio #20 on the menu). For both dishes the pasta was cooked perfectly. The beef tenderloin in my wife's pasta was wonderful really went well with the mushrooms! My pasta had rabbit and it was probably the best I've had. We both recommend each pasta dish! For dessert, we choose to share the Bestia Nera flourless chocolate cake). We also ordered our own lattes. It was the perfect way to end our evening! The cake was delicious and paired well with the lattes. Overall, we both were happy that we got to have a great meal in a great environment for our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Very efficient staff and outstanding food. Portions are just right and delicious. 15% non gratuity fee added per check but looks like why the staff operates efficiently and happily.
