Bep Eatery - Minneapolis

Four years ago, Bep Eatery offered a delightful and extensive menu. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Don’t expect to find authentic Vietnamese cuisine here; the food is bland, and they don’t even provide proper condiments for pho. Food: 1/5.

This place is terrible! No Vietnamese people seem to eat here. A good tip would be to swap this location with YUM! (They have something more suitable for the daytime crowd.)

They claim to close at 2 PM, but on multiple occasions I’ve attempted to order food around 1:40 PM only to find that they are already closed. Honestly, I'm not sure what time they really close…

Their fast casual vermicelli salad is a brilliant idea

If you're coming here for bahn mi, look elsewhere. It's not offered anymore. This place is takeout only, go eat in your cubicle. That said, the pho was decent.
