The restaurant is located in the middle of a busy building in the city center that the size of the place is not too generous. Fortunately, the restaurant was not too busy on Friday noon and I was served for lunch within two minutes. This is a fast food like a Chipotle and I informed the first waitress on the line that I was there for the first time. She was excited and went through all available options in the menu. Since the broth has a chicken in it, I decided to pass on the Pho and instead went a Vermicelli Reissalat with vegetables. One by one, the waiters stacked various proteins and veggies on the Vermicelli line and made them look like a work of art. The checkout was pretty fast and I got extra soy sauce, peanuts and peanut sauce. The food was exceptional without second doubt. This place is quite small and you need to give eight to finish your meal quickly so others do not have to wait for you. Make sure you put on your plate. Don't waste your food!
I loved the food here. Bowl tasted perfect, but my favorite pho. Taste so good. Cheap quality goats
I served in Vietnam and grew a love for Vietnamese food. The line is worth waiting in and it's there for a reason because this food is wonderful. Not to mention the customer service is great, direct eye contact a genuine thank you and acknowledgment from each employee. I try to always bring lunch from home, but treat myself to Bep occasionally and it's always great.
Their fast casual vermicelli salad is a brilliant idea
Great spot for Vietnamese in the downtown area. Not quite authentic, but still fresh flavors. The guys behind the counter are super nice. I would definitely try them again. I had a vermicelli bowl and it was delicious, but didn't quite hit the spot.
