Cuyana - Mindo

Cuyana offers Diners something quite different from what the other restaurants in the area do, so it is a good place if you want a change. The food was perfectly prepared and the presentation was nice, but I did not feel it was very good value for money was the same price as the meat tasting menu, and offers much cheaper ingredients. The 7 courses were almost all vegetables and fruits and there were really no legumes or cereals. For me it also fell a bit short of a 'fine dining' experience as it lacked originality in some of the courses (a dessert was banana tempura and some fresh fruits), but I hope with more vegan diners, it will improve.

Best food ever and the best view to the old town! It Was an amazing experience into the Castillo Vista del Ángel, an old castle house restored.

Really a very beautiful place has a spectacular view, its unique rooms, its food full of many exquisite flavors and the presentation of its dishes are very original. Very recommended, I had an excellent experience.
