To make it even worse, after Braggen to a friend over the village potatoes, they were a great disappointment and $4 for 1/8 of a pepper, 1/10 of an onion and less than 1 piece of cheese is an insult. Probably my last visit. Diamond Grill or Dominion for me from now on, I guess.
Terrible. Save your pallet and wallet. We went here with a friend who is a local and unfortunately under the impression that this is "appropriate". When they arrived there, their back terrace was covered with garbage and a shut-off whirlpool tub? confusing. While I cannot complain about the service - our server was friendly and prompt, the food was almost unbearable. I ordered sweet potatoes and the deep-fried pimples. They were both undercooked, but a dark, dirty brown in the color, because the frying oil was probably not changed since a T-Rex manned the grill. The taste was terrible, and the texture disappointing - also with boatloads of the ketchup that came out in a beat-up/worm bottle. I mean, come on, it's hard to screw fried foods that come in frozen bulk. The washrooms were dirty. I took my little girl into one of the washrooms to discover that there was a smidge of soap left in the donor and absolutely no paper towel left, although it was quite early a day. The toilets were... I don't have to go into detail. I myself went to one of the washrooms near the back terrace hoping to find paper cloth, and while there was supply, the cleanliness of these washrooms were even worse than the first, so I decided to keep my bubble at home. The best part had to be when one of the food prep workers migrated into the door of the rear kitchen and in whom it was thrown away again and again that he was supposed to invest in the paper-covered straws in the future, because he had long hair in the one he slaughtered with the current drinks. At this point in my experience, that was not amusing. The decor during the trial was not appealing and gave the place a dingy feeling with a desperate attempt to find something relevant. So get the price. For two children have two adults who have ordered the regular Pommes/Burger/Grilled-Cheese/Salad/ a split, small chocolate shake and two adult waters? (And the 5/6-year-old would not eat grilled cheese, or the fries that are their favorites) A throw $68 before tapping the server I added again deserved when she was friendly and ass. When I heard this price, my jaw hit the ground. I would rather have spent the money on the highway, on the Dominion or because of the confidence in consistency, Tim Hortons, subway or Dairy Queen on the street. After leaving this facility, we went from the back door to the parking lot and the same employee who was responsible for the straw commentary smoked right outside the door. At this point, also in children in tugsau, it was amusing food to be added to the experience. Too bad that the food 't was better because the location and size of the place, including the terrace has immense potential to be successful under the right direction/care. It sucks being the carrier of bad news, but buyers are aware - I wish I had been.
A solid little city breakfast/day dinner. Service is fine, but can be busy and limited staff. Food is always consistent and good, but waiting times can vary from 15 50mins depending on quantity. Great choice of food and good senior and children's menu. Price is fair and portion sizes are good. Many seats and good for families and groups.
Your typical 'big spoon'. Local hangout. Dinner here and was sick all night. The fish was still frozen, had to send him back. Homemade soup was watery.
