Roma Italian Bistro - Minden

Roma Italian Bistro is a hidden gem in this small town. I enjoyed eating lunch with my family at this restaurant. It's cozy and I love the lighting. They have great customer service and the food is delicious. If you're ever in Minden, I recommend you give them a try, and if you live in the area, you should've already eaten here.... The picture that I took of the pasta is poor quality but the meal was good.

Best restaurant in Minden, hands down. This is our 2nd time here and we love it. Everything is delicious. The warm fresh bread is worth the visit alone. We got fettuccini Alfredo, pasta France, Philly steak sandwich, pepperoni calzone, and I got the Greek salad with shrimp. Everything was delicious. They weren’t very busy but, it was after lunch rush. The staff was friendly, prompt, and just the right amount of attentive. The atmosphere was was warm, and the memorabilia and art interesting. The bread was hot and fresh and arrived almost immediately.The salad was tasty. The house merlot went perfect with the lunch specials of lasagna and chicken parmesan my friend and I shared. American restaurant masquerading as an Italian restaurant. My Mondavi cabernet was good, as expected. Side salad was mediocre. The lettuce mix was pretty much the same as what you get in a bag in your grocery store produce section, but near the end of its shelf life. It really needed the creamy Italian salad dressing to cover the wilt, but the dressing was much too sweet for my taste. So I ate it, but didn't really enjoy it.
